چکیده

In this paper, using the network MLP,excess noise factor and the SAM-APD in voltage for changes in structuralparameters are investigated. Many factors affect the SAM-APD noise that mostconsider them as inputs to the network. These factors include the areas ofrecruitment and proliferation, the type of material used in the areas of recruitmentand proliferation, cross detector, radiation and bias voltage.
